3. Enrolment

To enrol on a course, you may contact us via:

Before the course begins, we will carry out a placement assessment to determine your current level of English. Based on the results, we will place you in the most appropriate group. For children and teenagers, enrolment requires written consent from a parent or guardian.
Enrolment is confirmed once you have received written confirmation from our team and payment has been received.

4. Placement and Group Allocation

We group students by age and ability to ensure the best learning experience for everyone. We reserve the right to move a student to a different group at any time if we determine that a different level or group is better suited to their needs. We will always discuss any such change with the student (or their parent or guardian) in advance.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and are inclusive of all course materials unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due in full at the start of each monthly period unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing. We accept payment by bank transfer and card. Details will be provided upon enrolment confirmation.
If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend access to the course until the outstanding amount is settled.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellation before the course begins

  • More than 14 days before the course start date: full refund
  • 7–14 days before the course start date: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before the course start date: no refund

Cancellation after the course has started

  • Once a monthly period has begun, that month’s fee is non-refundable.
  • You may cancel your enrolment for future months by giving at least 14 days’ written notice before the next payment is due.

Missed lessons We do not offer refunds or credits for lessons missed by the student. Where possible, we will try to arrange a catch-up session, but this cannot be guaranteed.
